He was born in Qena. He is an assistant professor in the painting department at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Luxor. He has exhibited extensively around Egypt in Cairo, Port Said, Alexandria, and Luxor. He is deeply inspired by the temples and tombs of Luxor where he lives, as well as daily life in villages and mural paintings passed down through generations. His paintings carry the warmth and texture of Upper Egypt, blending pharaonic motifs with modern compositional sensibilities to create works that feel both timeless and deeply rooted in place.
